Le 45G

Located at 45 Rue Grimaldi, 45G stands proudly above the La Condamine district, just a stone’s throw from Port Hercule. Designed by architect Emmanuel Deverini for the Segond Group, this residential building was completed in 2021 and symbolises the modernity and elegance of the new Monaco.
